Description
Sea buckthorn butter may not be local, but we have fallen in love with it and its wonderful ability to rejuvenate the skin. It comes to us from the USSR and is one of the most effective oils for treating damaged skin: it slows down the aging processes of the skin (anti-aging), heals inflammation, regenerates skin cells damaged by sun exposure, and alleviates pigmentation. It helps heal wounds, scars, and burns.
The sea buckthorn oil is produced by cold pressing the fruit of the Siberian sea buckthorn. The fruit itself is considered a famous healing fruit among the inhabitants of the USSR. The oil we use to produce the cream comes from a small organic farm in Ukraine, specializing in the traditional cultivation and extraction of the oil. This method preserves the healing qualities of the fruit.
What is special about sea buckthorn oil is that it is very rich in a variety of vitamins, amino acids, antioxidants, omega 3, 6, 9, and carotenoids – which are very powerful antioxidants – and these give it its unique orange color. All of these factors make it akin to superfood for the skin.
From sea buckthorn oil, we prepare a rich butter. The butter is made from a variety of oils that benefit the skin, restoring its moisture, vitality, and energy. The butter, with its wonderful scent, is suitable for application on all areas of the body and serves as a massage cream. It is also suitable for dry or damaged areas. It can be used as a night cream for the face and during the winter season, as it is oily. It is excellent for facial skin, reducing wrinkles and providing a new glow and vitality to the skin. It also serves as a first aid cream for treating cuts, rashes, and burns.
Sea buckthorn butter is the first cream we produced several years ago, and the compliments about it keep coming and surprising us.
To preserve the sea buckthorn butter, it should be stored in a cool, dry, and dark place. When kept in good conditions, it lasts for at least a year.
