Breathe Deep tea combines various aromatic and expectorant herbs.

How to use the teas:
For therapeutic purposes, steep 2-3 teaspoons in a cup of boiling water, cover, wait 15 minutes, strain, and drink.
The teas can be combined.

The oil is recommended for conditions such as runny nose, cough (wet and dry), sinusitis, asthma, allergies, flu, bronchitis, pneumonia, and shortness of breath.
Usage: Massage a few drops on the chest area, upper back, forehead, and around the nose and sinuses.
Can also be applied to the inner wrists and soles of the feet.
It's recommended to warm the oil between hands before applying to increase effectiveness.
